Is It Possible?
I am a single Mother and Self-Employed. I am liveng W/Family and have been poking around looking at Foreclosed houses. Some Have great potential and may not need alot of rehab, anyway, I would like to find something That I could Move into right away, and fix up over time...if rehab is needed. My only problem is I've only been Self-Employed for the past year, I've been told this could be a problem for me.
My son and I really need our own place and I was wondering if there is a chance....Should I Try?

The bottom line is that we are limited by the ceiling of our income. If our income is stopping our progress, and we have cleaned up our debt profile, then there is not much that we can do -- unless we increase our income.
