1st Time Homebuyer Financing Seminar (WI)

Northwoods National Bank is holding a seminar for first-time homebuyers. If you have not owned a primary residence in the past three years, go see what financing options are available to you.

If you are considering buying a home, but are hesitant, go see what Northwoods can do for you. Special programs are available to qualified borrowers with limited down payment. Now is the time for qualified borrowers to purchase a home. Experienced realtors will be on hand to answer your questions on how to find a home that is right for you.

An income tax professional will give you the answers you need to take advantage of up to $8,000 in tax credits that is available to 1st time homebuyers if you purchase a home prior to December 1st of this year.
