My son Nathan goes to Kumon and takes up math. Even though he is only 7 years old (about to turn 8) and about to be in third grade at school, because of Kumon his math skills is already fifth grade level. I am so proud of him. He is a good kid...

Conventional wisdom says that the three things you need to succeed in real estate is “Location, location, location”.
Wrong. (are you shocked?)
