More about me:: This is me and my son. I'm a single mother with some background in home buying and home ownership, but I'm afraid my ex-husband was more involved in the details of the buying process than I was when we bought a home together (ugh), so I only know a little bit first hand. The rest is just information i got from doing a lot of reading, since I'm now looking for a home for the two of us.

I took a break from the network when I thought the prices of homes might go down more, but now that i'm reading that it's going to stabalize, i'm determined to buy before the economy rights itself again.
