I'm not sure what services or resources are available in your area but check out www.foreclosuresdaily.com - this is a service that pulls the Lis Pendens filings every day at the courthouse then uploads complete info into a database. The data is fresh on a daily basis. It is a paid subscription and just a bit pricey but well worth it. You could go to the court house and gather the same info but it would take a lot of your time to do so. Hope this helps!

Hi Rick - I work almost exclusively in Florida but occassionally negotiate loan modifications for homeowners that are not in Florida.

Hi Stephanie - I am in Clearwater Florida - what do you have in mind? Are you a short saler? Need help with a foreclosure? Or are you, ahem, a salesperson looking to sell me something :-) ?
