- Hey, I'm back again! Bought one house using this company last month and decided to go for another. I'm investing in SC, since that market hasn't been impacted by the ARM issue. My first property has already appeciated. Already pre-approved on a second mortgage loan using the first house as collateral, and I'm hoping to take off as a prominent SC investor.
