I work with Keller Williams Realty the third largest in the United States. I have done specialization in representing both buyer and seller clients in foreclosure properties. I prefer HUD homes over other foreclosures because most of the information like Inspection Report is available with the property details. Buying foreclosure properties need special skill. The purchase price does not work on demand and supply forces. We have to use completely different technique to arrive at offering price. I have team of handymen whom I take to the property if the need arises; to decide the estimate on repairs etc. which helps me with the purchase price. My past background being in IT and Finance, it helps me search on the internet, pull comps, look for the active competition in the market.
