More about me:: I'm looking to buy in the Waterboro, Maine area. My credit is poor so I won't be able to get regular bank financing but do always pay my rent on time, so will definitely pay a Mortgage on time! My theory has always been to keep a roof over my head and food on the table for the kids and the other bills can wait. Doesn't do much for the credit rating but it does keep you off the streets and from being hungry.
I'm Looking in that area to locate nearer to my kids and grandkids.
If you have anything, even a house to rent to own contact me to see if we can work something out.
