I have approximately ten years experience as a mortgage banker. I now have money available between $250,000 and $50,000,000. Closings can be as quick as five days. Lending area is the United States. LTV up to 75% of market value regardless of sales price. Any commercial or residential property considered. Personal credit, assets or income is not really part of the approval process. Approval lies primarily around the potential of the property.
