Is It Possible?
I am a single Mother and Self-Employed. I am liveng W/Family and have been poking around looking at Foreclosed houses. Some Have great potential and may not need alot of rehab, anyway, I would like to find something That I could Move into right away, and fix up over time...if rehab is needed.
