I actually went to my first foreclosure auction this weekend and plan to do a little work and then sell it for a quick small profit. I am actually doing business in the Sacramento area. I may buy and rent to depending on the opportunities.

I am not quite sure yet what the best way will be to sell the home though...where to list, get a agent, etc...

I just joined HUD Network, I'm looking for opportunities to use my talents to fix up properties for rental. I am looking to own rental properties, but will consider helping stage ( get ready for rent or sale ) for other people. I live in the north bay area, Sonoma County, so likely areas would be Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties...
