Looking for mortgage assistance with poor credit

Hi,
I'm interested in getting a single family owner occupied home in Maine in Sanford, Waterboro area. I do have good credit now but also have 3 past due credit cards that are in collection agencies. My credit score is 560. Is there anything out there for me? I'm only looking to spend $80,000 tops.
