Stirling Real Estate Corporation Comment by Stirling Real Estate Corporation on August 23, 2008 at 10:27am
It's not an easy time for many. Even professionals in the industry. Being in real estate for over 16 years I have seen the highs and lows. It's a great time to purchase a home. It's also a difficult time if you're losing your home. There are many programs out there. Some are scams, others I call "Hope On A Rope". Please use a licensed professional, and or an attorney. Don't be embarrassed or afraid to ask questions.
It's best to be knowledgable than fall prey.
Remember, work with a licensed professional. If you are in need of assistance or have a question feel free to contact me. Stirling Ambrose. I am a real estate broker, mortgage broker and auctioneer. For Florida Real Estate Visit: www.StirlingRealEstate.US

Hi Stephanie,

Don't you worry. Almost every one of the agents that have joined so far are serious about helping people find homes and get answers to their questions. We even see a lot of good Samaritans who sign up just to help out people who might be struggling with finding homes or with bad loans, even when they, themselves, are home buyers. It's a great little community thus far. We hope it blossoms.

Thanks for everyone's comments so far. To everyone, I strongly encourage you to try and watch the forums for new posts you might be able to add your two-cents to. Forums are picking up the pace and the whole Network is starting to get quite busy, so pretty soon users will be relying more on you guys to answer their questions or address their needs. Keep that in mind. Be courteous, be polite, and just do your best. You don't have to be miracle workers, but be polite to people who need those.

Hello

I hope that most of you in this group are like myself and really in this business to help the clients. I have taken and extra step. It's great being able to help people become a homeowner or a person with a mortgage. I am now showing them how to actually own there home. The average stays in there house for 5yrs right. Let's show them how to have that house paid off in 10yrs or less without changing there current mortgage company or refinancing. Please contact me for more information. Let's change this world one client at a time buy showing how to actually own and paid for home. e-m: sloanhelp@yahoo.com contact me 817-210-4328 or 817-320-2571

We've seen online auctions before. The biggest risk you take with offering a home for online auction is ending up with a buyer who was "just messing around" or who otherwise can't pay, which increases your expenses, whether you pursue the matter legally or whether you simply overlook the matter and re-list the house for sale. You might try it with only a few homes at first, just to see what kind of results you get. That should keep your costs reasonably under control in pursuing the new method. Good luck!

Anyone using online auctions to sell listings? I'm just starting to check 'em out - anybody got feedback?
