Yes I know this is silly but I need to ask
I am a gainfully employed as an agency nurse in the Tampabay area. I live in an apartment paying 1,290.00 a month rent with a lease that is up in February 2010. I can make the bills fine but due to a nasty separation 3 years ago with a lot of surprise bills not paid as I thought my credit is in the toilet and have a credit card that I struggle to pay. The struggle is in the nature of paying the card for a few months and when my assignments get lean I can't pay the minimum payment for a few months and then when the cycle corrects I pay the back payments and catch up.
All that stated I want to find out if it is possible to buy or acquire a HUD or foreclosed home in my situation and what advice there might be I can use to make it happen. I have all the skills sets that anyone would need to be able to repair any home to building code in any area.
Is there any hope that there is a way to pick up even a dump to fix in my situation.

I will call you but even if you are unable to help my situation please accept my thanks that you took the time to reply to my post.
Between this economy and my personal situation I have to say that I have given up on any person or institution that will consider the 30 years of great credit history and high income I had prior to my world turning to mush as any level of confidence in my character. The current snapshot without my past looks indeed like a person unable to meet the requirements to rebuild my life.
Funny how if you remove the last 3 years of issues the picture is so drastically different with so many noteworthy accomplishments in business acumen and earning history. Again thank you for the hope and I look forward to speaking with you.
