LOAN MODIFICATION

I APPLIED FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION BACK IN DEC 2008, when I first heard about it. Litton loan sevrice now have my mortgage. They bought it from popular mortgage in Oct 2008. I'm two months behind but they say three. I've appiled three times with two agencies, plus litton loan the last time. The president said go to the web sight homes made affordable for the information needed to get loan modification information. I did that, I told litton loan abouts my rights to get modification. They have did nothing but jack me around. I'm a senior citizen who still have rights I hope. Can they not give me the modification? I lost my house in a short in 2007 but still have my condo.
