I don't know this person personally, I have joined his list of customers to by a home on a rent to own plan, so far I have sent him a list of homes that I'm interested in, like he says to do sofrom the HUDforeclosed.com website.That was 3 days ago , I received an answer from hudforeclosed.com , saying that it takes them 1 day to schedule and look at the properties and then they'll let me know. It is the 4th day and I have not received any other message from hudforeclosed.com , I have recieved e-mails from Waitley telling expaining 4 steps in how his program works, and have answered im that I have followed the steps. Still waiting.. by the way this list to access HUDforclosed.com is free for 7 days, I'm on my4th day, then after that it's $40.00/month.

Wow I am very disappointed with that info. I know what i'll do though. this is my first day and believe you me I have been through it. this is very disappointing. I am cancelling as of tomorrow. They can take your money and when they don't deliver it takes a minimum of 30 days to return your money. I just got off the phonewith another entity and to no avail. screw them.
