First Time Buyer... needs assistance finding a foreclosed property for little/no money down.

Hello,

I am a young, single, full-time college student and professional working for the Lewiston-Auburn Police/Fire Departments as a Dispatcher. I would love to move closer to my work, so I am seeking a property in either Lewiston or Auburn (Maine)... preferably in town but with a yard for my overgrown 1.5 year old dog. I do not have much money (if any) to put down and my credit score is currently in the mid-500 range.

Help would be appreciated! I'm not even sure where to start...
