bird dogging is an excellent way to break in to investing in foreclosures

Hello Wendy,
I thank you for your input;however, if you can enlighten me on what actually bird dogging is. It would definately be appreciated. I'm truly a beginner and it's like I have all this energy but just don't know where to start. Thank you always for your time.

Literally, a bird-dog is someone who carefully investigates, watches, or follows something. In real estate, to put it as plainly as possible, bird dogging is when you find lucrative real estate opportunities. You can then offer to tell potential investors about those opportunities for a fee. You'd give people good leads and they pay you for it. Of course, in other industries it may mean other things, but with regards to real estate, that should pretty much hit it on the nose.
