I would like to get a low priced foreclosed home with in my range of purchase, and later to purchase other properties and resell them. I had a home that was under claims of foreclosure, but due to my insurance if the foreclosure involved using my resources that the foreclosers would breach my contract and that is what happen. But now the creditor utilizes my name to purchase property in their names. Protesting and violations of property rights the same as it happened when I filed for bankruptcy 9 years ago. Therefore, this credit violation is the many violations that have led to the downfall of US credit. Not the home owner, but the over zealous that try to steal mortgages and cause false foreclosures. If I did not show up at Court they would have come up with a false order and then cause additional credit against the house. My collateral is my claim of copyrights and patents, some of the creditors on the credit report do not have business collateral so they like using my name for theirs. I need a immediate help that could establish my normal relationship with home improvements.
