Hi Peter,

This will be a hard item for you to find, certainly. Perhaps you can invest in a few apartment/motel complexes within a close vicinity of each other. I did an extensive search for all types of apartment/hotel complex sales online, in our own database and through external sources, but the most common thing found were complexes with a smaller number of units.

$92,000,000 - 158 Units - Luxury Hotel - New York City, NY

$5,200,000 - 62 Rooms - Hotel - Warren, NY (Lake George Village)

$2,400,000 - 30 Units - Hotel - Ocean, NY

$500,000 - 29 Units - Lakefront Hotel - 2 Hours North of NYC

$804,000 - 27 Units - Apartment Complex - Buffalo, NY

$2,859,000 - 51 Units - Resort/Motel - Ogdensburg, NY


$2,499,00 - 19 Room Motel - Fishkill

$4,600,000 - 20 Unit Bayfront Hotel - Suffolk

(Please note, some of the listings did not state whether the property itself was for sale or whether the seller is simply selling the business and retaining property ownership. You will have to find this out by contacting the agent.)
