Best city or area to buy rental investment foreclosed property in USA

Hello Josh,

As you might know from reading or watching the News, Nevada and California were the biggest hot spots for foreclosure notices when the housing market hit the fan a few years back. Currently, both states are still in pretty bad shape. The result, however, means that the potential for you to get a reasonably good price on a home in either of those states will be high and the number of individuals looking for rental property will also probably be pretty high, as displaced home owners begin renting again... they have to live somewhere.

Let's wait a few days and see if any other users express their own opinions. Some people on the Network might be living in areas where they're seeing "for sale" signs going up everywhere in their neighborhood, and they can chime in with specific zip codes.
